I just had support from Apple but am wondering if this was really Apple's service as the person only took the serial number of my phone and sent me information emails that are not to resolve the security issue on my account (an email address - iws.music@hotmail.com which is not linked to my Apple account is displayed in my Apple account - iws.music@orange.fr). Mainly, the person asked me to call him back on the weekend to resolve the problem. He wanted to know when I bought my phone but why? Apple advisers don't even know how long I've had my iPhone? It is very suspicious.
The problem is not solved at all. I wonder if it was canvassing to steal my phone's serial number.
