When we wanted to watch the video of my Sonatine composition (https://youtu.be/bKasaQWgtXA), they ask to confirm the age to watch the video. When we clicked 'confirm', they ask to confirm the age via the credit card (for immediate effect) or identity document.
I have never experienced this age restriction on YouTube. I just reported it to Google.
